How PrimeWall Design uses information shared through this website.
Who we are
PrimeWall Design is responsible for the information you send through this website. Contact us at primewalldesign@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you make an enquiry, we may receive your name, email address, project postcode, optional phone number, room details, approximate measurements, selected materials, project notes and photos you choose to attach.
The site may also keep a project selection and an unfinished enquiry locally on your device so you can continue later. Drafts and saved photos are designed to expire after up to seven days.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to understand your project, reply to you, discuss suitable materials, prepare a quotation and arrange delivery or installation discussions. We do not take payment through this form.
Room previews
When automatic room previews are available, your selected room photo, up to three material references and your layout description are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI only after you allow this and press “Create room preview”. The returned image is displayed in your browser. Photos are added to your enquiry only when you choose to include them. Preview requests are limited using a daily hash of your network address; the preview counter does not store the raw address.
Analytics
Necessary local storage supports the project and enquiry features. Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie notice. You can change that choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Sharing and retention
Information may be handled by the hosting, email and storage providers needed to operate the enquiry service. We keep project information only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and related business records, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw analytics consent. Email primewalldesign@gmail.com. You can also avoid sending photos or optional details.
Do not submit payment details, passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information through this website.
