What happens after you tell us about your project.
Start with the project details
Send the room, approximate dimensions, postcode, preferred material and any useful photos. Exact measurements are not required to start; we will review the layout, cutting requirements and access before confirming quantities.
Supply and delivery
Delivery options, access requirements, pack sizes, costs and dates are confirmed for each project. Please tell us about stairs, lifts, parking, restricted access and any delivery deadline.
Installation
Installation is discussed separately from material selection. The agreed scope may include preparation, panel fitting, trims, lighting coordination and finishing details where relevant. The location, wall condition and access affect the final plan.
Before work starts
We confirm the materials, layout, scope, quotation, availability and schedule before work begins. Do not rely on an inspiration image as a confirmed product specification.
Tell us where your project is based and whether you need materials only or materials with installation. We will confirm what can be arranged.
